Celebrate The Holidays at Hearthstone!

Give Yourself The Gift Of A Hearty Holiday Meal at Hearthstone

The holidays are hectic, but they’re supposed to be a time to slow down and celebrate. Often we get caught up in the commercial side of Christmas and checking things off our own to-do lists and the fun of the season swirls past. One of the simple joys of Christmas is the food, especially because it’s only available for such a limited portion of the year. Hearthstone has an amazing menu this season with your holiday favorites, so take a little time to give yourself the gift of a great meal this Christmas holiday at Hearthstone!

Holiday Menu Specials

Sometimes cooking over the holidays is the last thing that you have the physical or mental capacity for. Additionally, many people don’t have the “gift” of being a good cook. Therefore, Hearthstone is staying open and serving their delicious holiday entrees on December 24th for brunch from 10 AM to 3 PM, then dinner from 4 PM to 11 PM. On Christmas Day they’ll be open for dinner from 1 PM to 9 PM. Here are mouthwatering menu items available for dinner on both days:

Appetizer

Baked Truffle Ricotta, $17

Served on a rustic toast with truffle honey, this creamy and lightly sweet treat pairs well with a buttery chardonnay like Jordan from the Russian River Valley. The Blackberry Bliss cocktail is also a great choice to compliment the soft flavors without overpowering the taste.

Entrées

Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb, $52

This delicious serving of tender and fall-of-the-bone lamb has a red wine demi, with a side of glazed baby turnips, rutabaga puree, and mint chimichurri. A solid malbec like Altos from Mendoza, Argentina brings out the spice of this dish very well. The Heartfelt Fashion cocktail with Wild Turkey bourbon, clover honey, and orange bitters is also a great choice for highlighting the natural flavor of the lamb and complementing the way this specific dish is prepared.

Chilean Seabass, $52

This pan-seared fare comes with a delectable lobster risotto for a perfect balance of fresh and crisp meeting rich and creamy. Its well-roundedness makes a great pairing with most wines, but a dry white like the Albarino by Martin Codax is especially good. For a little kick, you can also sip on an Aperol Spritz to highlight the freshness and sea salt undertones.

Dessert

Gingerbread Flan, $12

Don’t rush as fast as you can away from this gingerbread flan, or you’ll miss out on a delicious dish that only comes around once a year. It comes with a spice crumble and eggnog chantilly that goes great with the cognac in a Sidecar cocktail. The Grand Manhatten also accentuates the nutmeg and ginger flavor pallet, making it richer and more robust.

You Can’t Go Wrong With The Classics

The regular menu will still be available on Christmas Eve and Day for those who would like to celebrate with their usual Hearthstone favorites. Given the demand for Hearthstone’s cozy atmosphere and home-style cooking–factored in with most restaurants being closed–it’s best that you call ahead ASAP to reserve a table. Either call ahead at 702.797.2129 or visit here to make your reservations for a fantastic family meal this Christmas holiday at Hearthstone!
