Everyone has something to celebrate during this time of the year and we think Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar at Red Rock Resort and Casino is the perfect setting for your special occasions. From office happy hours in our lounge, to family reunions in our Rustic American themed private dining room, we have a space for every occasion.

Chefs Lee Davidson and Florencio Lira have prepared amazing menu specials this year. Available for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day these specials are sure to impress your loved ones! To start off, enjoy a Butter-Poached Alaskan King Crab Leg served with cucumber, Fresno chili, caviar, and a fresh Yuzu mignonette – “the crab just melts in your mouth like butter” says Chef Lee. For entrees you have two options, enjoy the savory Herb Roasted Rack of Lamb or the delectable Whole Oven Roasted Branzino. Our chefs guarantee these will be sure to win over any Grinch’s heart! Finish the meal with a special dessert made with holiday flavors everyone loves, the Eggnog Creme Brûlée, made with gingersnap cookies and whipped cream mixed with orange zest.

Summerlin Las Vegas is full of wonderful activities to enjoy this holiday season. Luckily, Hearthstone is perfectly located to come before or after your fun! After a day of hiking near Red Rock Canyon or playing in the snow at Mount Charleston come enjoy some quality food and cocktails with us. Speaking of cocktails, our lead mixologist, Eric Hobbie has prepared delicious seasonal cocktails so you will always have something new to try during the winter.
