To start off, enjoy a Butter-Poached Alaskan King Crab Leg served with cucumber, Fresno chili, caviar, and a fresh Yuzu mignonette – “the crab just melts in your mouth like butter” says Chef Lee. For entrees you have two options, enjoy the savory Herb Roasted Rack of Lamb or the delectable Whole Oven Roasted Branzino. Our chefs guarantee these will be sure to win over any Grinch’s heart! Finish the meal with a special dessert made with holiday flavors everyone loves, the Eggnog Creme Brûlée, made with gingersnap cookies and whipped cream mixed with orange zest.
