Making new favorites are always encouraged at Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar. Chef Lee Davidson and his team of talented chefs worked over the last month to bring you new & tasty items to the menu. From appetizers to entrees our chefs have you covered, proving Hearthstone is the ​best restaurant in Summerlin.

Soup & Salad
You can not go wrong with a classic. That’s why Hearthstone is adding Tomato Soup to the menu. Our soup is blended with the finest tomatoes, onions, and herbs available and then finished with a drizzle of basil oil for an unforgettable flavor. To add the Hearthstone touch the Tomato Soup is served alongside a grilled cheese, but not just any regular grilled cheese.. ours is stuffed with pepperoni and freshly sliced Swiss cheese.
If you prefer a salad to start off the meal you’ll love this new ​vegan option in Summerlin​. Our Mediterranean Salad is a combination of fresh and farm-grown seasonal ingredients; Heirloom Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, and pine nuts to name a few. In a salad, the dressing is everything, so our chefs created light but flavor-filled Lemon Herb Vinaigrette to finish this beautiful dish.

Wood Baked Pizza
Did you know Hearthstone has a pizza chef from Naples, Italy? Enzo Esposito is a gifted pizzaiolo (pizza chef) and has spent his entire life perfecting the art of pizza making. He’s worked in family-owned pizzerias in Italy to famed pizzerias in New York and now spends his time at the ​best Summerlin pizza spot​.

Enzo has added an American favorite to the menu, Barbecue Chicken Pizza is now available nightly. Be assured that only quality ingredients are used from real jack cheese to a tangy homemade barbecue sauce. Whether you’re watching a sports game in the lounge or having a nice dinner and cocktails with friends, the Barbecue Chicken Pizza is sure to become a new favorite.

New Entrees, New Cravings
An unforgettable ​Summerlin restaurant ​requires entree options that are sure to delight. Highly recommended is our new Spaghetti Lobster-Homard, which combines real Maine Lobster with Applewood smoked bacon into an incredible pasta dish. There’s no other way to describe this new addition then utterly delicious, but you’ll have to come to try it for yourself.

When it comes to seafood, Chef Lee Davidson is a true master and now he brings one of his favorites to Hearthstone’s menu. The new Striped Baja Seabass is an option that will have everyone at the dinner table asking for a bite, but we are not sure you’ll be wanting to share this one! Shaved fennel, capers, and an Heirloom Tomato scampi sauce make their way onto the plate to deliver a bold flavor. Add on the Patatas Bravas to any order, they will not disappoint!
