Here at Hearthstone we are firm believers in the idea that Sunday is the best day of the week. After all Sundays are all about sleeping in, relaxing and getting ready for the dreaded work week ahead. If you are anything like us, then Sundays are also for one very important thing…brunch.

At Hearthstone we are big fans of brunch and big believers in Sunday Funday. This is why at Hearthstone, we have one of the best Summerlin brunches around, and some pretty fantastic morning cocktails to go with it. Not to mention, one of the best things about our Sunday Funday brunches…bottomless Mimosas!

Yes, every Sunday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, we have bottomless Mimosas all brunchtime long. This means whether you want to throw back 2 or 3, or quite a few more, we have you covered with one of the best Mimosa deals in town. Our bottomless Mimosas are just $15 for the whole morning—you really can’t beat it.

As if that weren’t enough, our other morning libations include bottomless bloody beer for just $18. This includes Coors light, tomato mix and a tajin rim. We also have a tableside Bloody Mary Cart and our Bubbles for Breakfast deal which includes oysters mumm 750ml, juice and fruit.

We know that one of the best parts about brunch is having a liquid brunch, but we also know that brunch is all about the food. Since you are dining at Hearthstone, you know that we are going to have one of the best brunch food menus around. Just like our normal menu, we more than deliver with creative concoctions and classic staples made under head chef Brian Massie.

We have delicious starters like warm cinnamon sticky buns, breakfast classics like omelets, eggs benedict and chicken and waffles. If you’re in the mood for lunch, we have some of our favorite sandwiches from our menu include our Rotisserie Chicken Club and our Prime Rib French Dip along with several pizzas that are great for sharing.
