It’s summer, and you know what that means: it’s time to be social! Long days and hot nights mean it’s the perfect time to stay out late, have a great dinner (and yes, a drink or two!), and enjoy some great events around town.
At Hearthstone Kitchen and Cellar, we’ve got the restaurant side on lock, with a creative menu that will delight a variety of palates and personalities. However, we’re not just about food and drinks! We want our customers to enjoy a truly transformative evening out. And to help make that experience a reality, we like to offer entertainment that is just as unique and high quality as our edible offerings!
Creating a customer experience
Award-winning chef Brian Massie heads up the kitchen at Hearthstone, so we’re completely confident in our ability to offer up world-class cuisine to our customers. But to really create a full-fledged customer experience, why stop with just amazing food and a carefully curated cocktail menu?
A little entertainment never hurt, especially in a town like Vegas. So to make your evening out even better, we like to add some live entertainment! On Saturdays, Hearthstone is happy to offer live music beginning at 7pm.

On Saturdays at 7pm, we have a variety of acts come in to perform while you enjoy a great meal at Hearthstone. The rotation features a variety of styles and performers. We’re always mixing it up, so be sure to come back weekly to see some of the area’s best musicians!

Why Hearthstone is the perfect place to be in the summer
Amazing food. To cool off in the hot summer, why not start with one of our cool shellfish starters like shrimp cocktail or fresh oysters?
Go ahead, keep it cool with a cool, refreshing salad. Why not try our delicious Beet Salad, made with whipped goat cheese, sherry vinaigrette, pistachios, and orange segments? It’s the perfect summer salad: cool, creamy, and with just enough tartness to balance out the earthy, naturally sweet beets.
Of course, we have way more than just shellfish and salads to offer. The menu at Hearthstone is packed with all sorts of delicious delights, ranging from pizzas to classic American sandwiches like the French dip to summer-friendly salads and hearty main courses. There’s plenty to choose from, meaning that everyone in your group is bound to find something to love on our menu!
Refreshing drinks. There’s nothing like a cold beverage on a hot summer day. Our creative cocktail list includes plenty of refreshers that are bound to help soothe and delight.
Why not try our Blackberry Bliss (made with Grey Goose Vodka, blackberry shrub, lime, mint, and ginger)…or maybe a Moscow Mule (made with 50 Bleu Vodka, Fever Tree Ginger Beer, and fresh lime)? Those are just a few of the many creative concoctions featured on our cocktails menu.
Of course, we also have a truly impressive wine list, featuring a robust variety of red, white, and sparkling wines, spirits, a great variety of beers on draft and by the bottle or can, and non alcoholic drinks for your drinking pleasure!
A great patio. Summer means it’s patio season! At Hearthstone, we’ve got a gorgeous open patio for your dining pleasure. Enjoy it on Sundays for our beloved brunch (bottomless mimosa, anyone?), or for dinner nightly at 5pm!
