Sure, here in Summerlin, we don’t necessarily get blizzard-type weather, but it does get cool, especially in the evening. If you are anything like us, this cool winter weather, already has us ready for summer. While we can’t magically change the weather, here at Hearthstone, we can help you warm up a bit with the right cocktail. This is why we are proud to announce a brand new warm cocktail that we think is the perfect antidote to the winter blues.

The Sweet Chai of Mine

In addition to its fun rock-inspired name, the Sweet Chai of Mine, is a true one-of-a-kind cocktail, carefully crafted by our team of elite, world-class bartenders. That’s because we’ve taken the bold flavor of real chai tea and brought it into a sweet bourbon cocktail.

Here’s how it’s made:

1 ½ oz. Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey

6 oz. Hot Chai Cider Mix

Build: Add Bourbon into the glass. Then top off with hot chai cider. Stir, and garnish with expressed orange peel.

Glass: Catalina Coffee Mug

Garnish: Orange Peel

Of course, it is always served piping hot so you can slowly sip on this flavorful drink and allow the spices, sweet flavor and hints of citrus come to the surface.
